Dear All,

At times in life you come to a phase where you have to part away from your near ones....

Yes it’s a painful moment for me as I step out of MinVesta and take a step into the outer world..

A “Dream” made me pursue each day in MinVesta with a zeal that made 4 years seem fly by…..and now what happens next is again a Dream..
but more importantly what I would relish is the time I spent chasing that dream in MinVesta.

The circumstances, situations, my clients, my prospects, my own people around me all have contributed in making my dream almost come true..and I am highly obliged to all of you.
It will not be wrong if I say the time I spent here is an investment big enough for me to reap rewards for a life time both on professional and personal front.

I could not ask god for a better place to start my career..For a campus recruit and a fresher who was stepping into the corporate world this was possibly the best arena that one could have wished for!

The kind of challenges and opportunities that were thrown to me is something which all my batch mates , friends and counterparts feel envy of J ,But yes I feel proud of.

In fact now when I look back at the 4 years , It actually looks a small span in comparison to the amount of learning I gained and kind of responsibilities and I was given.

I have learnt and grown in many ways here and will always treasure the opportunities provided to me .

This is the place where I have lived and grown as an individual, a place where I could learn, share and contribute with not merely seniors or colleagues, but wonderful human beings who are now my friends for a lifetime.

I have learnt a lot from you all and I take this as an opportunity to thank you all for all the support extended to me .

Each one of you have contributed to my growth and taken me closer to my dream.

I would like to extend my good wishes to all who have enriched my life in their own unique way.

Lopa I can’t thank you with words as words would be less to express. In fact It was you who made me see that dream as I stepped into MinVesta.

You never gave me chance to crib and will remain the best reporting manager for me ever. Your dedication and hard work has always motivated me to keep going even at hard times. The amount of energy you posses is difficult to define. Dependable and impeccable you are indeed.
You will always remain an inspiration to me.

Avneesh and Apurv , I will continue to keep you as duo here tooJ. My sincere thanks to you for giving me all the opportunities and freedom to try everything and anything which I felt was worth for the organization.
Both of you are wonderful human beings to be with and I will miss you both.

Suresh Vytla, thanks for being my best team member and for all your support. It’s really been a comfort having you as a team mate. You have always been there for me and my clients even if required to put in that extra mile.

A special thanks to all my HRMS team members for all the hard work and support, Anirudh, Deepak, Sridhar and Rajesh Sankaran thanks a lot for taking care of all my clients and accounts.

A Special mention to Tanny for keeping patience with me during all the design work, I am sure I have troubled you enough in pursuit to achieve the perfection. I will always feel your gap when I have to work with anyone else.

Peeyush, Anirudh,Daiju, Vinil, Shekar for being such good friends, I will miss your company and support. I will remember those days when we used to sit together till late night in the office in spite being in different teams.

My sincere thanks to Naren, Nitesh for their guidance and wishes. In both of you I have seen qualities which I would try to imbibe in me. From Naren the exceptional listening skills, giving attention to even the tiniest of input one gives and from Nitesh to keep cool and excellent team & people management skills.

Suresh Reddy and Aravindh thanks for keeping patience with my numerous requests. I am sure I will never get special people like you who are always ready to extend help even at odd hours of the day.

Poonam, Umashankar and Ravee thanks for facilitating all my requests.

Each one of you in Hyderabad and Chennai, you guys have played a major role in developing me as a true professional.

My sincere apologies to all those whom I may have hurt unknowingly. I know at times the passion has triggered an outburstJ. But again it was an part of my growing and learning process.

MinVesta will always remain a special place in my heart…It’s a journey which I will remember for a life time!
All put together, with the people in the system has made this journey a truly memorable one.

I have had some very pleasant memories here and will remember them for a very long time. I will miss working with such an amazing team and hope that I get a chance to work with you all again.

The time has come for me to move on. But, I’m carrying my memories with me…
before I end I would like to mention my favorite quote…”Why can't we get all the people together in the world that we really like and then just stay together? I guess that wouldn’t work. Someone would leave. Someone always leaves. Then we would have to say good-bye. I hate good-byes. I need more hellos.....
Hence I would say like to say hello you all and not a goodbye..

I would like to wish each one of you all the best and will be happy to stay connected with all of you.
