it did rain when i landed in chennai...it does every time!
but this time around the weather is really really bad..hott n humid and i am trying to cope up with it...just recovering from a tummy infection and de hydration

being emotional inside is natural...pretending tough is intentional.

Subhah Subhah what a boring thing I am upto here standing in a que yet again for this passport thing :(

I am not complaining :) I guess this is also part of the process..

Talking about process there is yet another process that I am part of..that's very different from this..
And yes Keeping patience is the key to get any results..
Apart from patience,. faith..trust..belief.. communication is also important..
Baat Karne SE hi baat Banti hai..is rightly quoted by someone..
I am not assuming anything as it causes gaps when you might be actually taking a wrong assumption..I am going by the flow and understand how it is on the other side..I am banking on my intuition and instinct..
As I said its a interesting phase and we shall talk about it one day :)

packing time again! last thing i want to do now..there is so much to do..so many pending stuff..and all that i feel like doing is laze around :)

Now this has been a test of patience for sure..who says the passport process is now streamlined and fairly simple?
If you hear this you will not agree

At first getting an appointment is an nightmare and after a month long struggle I managed to get one.

On visiting the passport office there was another surprise in store
I was asked to get supporting documents for address proof and before leaving I was suppose to meet the apo for some signatures
This took an hour and with issues of que and people jumping over

Second visit was expected to be fairly less time consuming given that I had all the necessary docs in place
However it took 4 hours in total since I entered and came out
Another half day gone!
This time I was assured of getting my passport in 3 days!

As I waited for it and checked for the status there was another surprise in store
I was asked to visit the regional office this time and without mention of the reason.
Not even an email alert or a SMS about this!

The next visit was to the regional passport office ..with just 2 hours window slot!
As I reach the office I see a huge que even before people are allowed to get inside..
After standing in the que for half an hour I finally got to go inside..which had another long que..
All this for just an enquiry?
Now the worst part.. The que was fairly stagnant and hardly moved!
Here came the announcement that the servers are down hence there was nothing they could do!
I also had a meeting scheduled in the afternoon and could not be there while day waiting!
Having no choice but to leave...yes disgusted off course !

Btw the ac's were not working as well while I stood there wasting my time!

Now who says we have progressed?

this is the only thing i hate about mumbai..the humidity and the sticky weather. this is what makes me get pimples even at this age ha ha.
Although now i have got used to the traffic..the congestion..the crowd..the fast pace life..infact have started liking this city which never sleeps. with all the negatives of being a crowded and notorious for traffic i am picking the positives here..its much more convenient..much safer and much more lively ! 
besides now i have some fond memories attached here...

Well today was the first mango of the season...and next will be the wait for monsoon...
